Access to Hetch Hetchy
These documents are posted to support Restore Hetch Hetchy’s letter to Congressman McClintock (February 2025), asking that he and his cosponsors continue to pursue legislation to provide long overdue access and recreation in the Hetch Hetchy area of Yosemite National Park. Restore Hetch Hetchy also continues to work administratively with both the National Park Service and the Department of Interior to accomplish many of the same improvements.
We believe these improvements will not only provide substantial benefits to today’s visitors as well as encourage the public to support relocating Hetch Hetchy Reservoir so the Valley can be restored to its natural splendor. Please do not hesitate to contact Restore Hetch Hetchy (spreck@hetchhetchy.org) for more information.
