Bequest Challenge Match in 2024

It’s simple. Include us in your future bequest, tell us about it, and the Restore Hetch Hetchy Board will make a matching gift of up to $100,000 in your honor!

Since our founding, supporters have recognized the long-term vision and promise of Restore Hetch Hetchy’s work by including us in their estate plans. In 2024, Restore Hetch Hetchy is formalizing and incentivizing opportunities for you to join these pioneers as Hetch Hetchy Visionaries.

The Hetch Hetchy Visionaries Bequest Challenge Match boosts your bequest commitment to restoring Yosemite Valley’s lost twin for future generations by supporting our current campaigns to improve park access and advance reservoir storage alternatives.

Through the Bequest Challenge, you can maximize the impact of your future bequest and estate plans today! Offered by generous members of the Restore Hetch Hetchy Board of Directors, this Founding Campaign will match 10% of up to $1 million current gift value.

  • $10,000 bequest will generate a $1,000 match today!
  • $100,000 bequest will generate a $10,000 match today!
  • $1,000,000 bequest will generate a $100,000 match today!

Step 1: By December 31, 2024, name Restore Hetch Hetchy in your will or Living Trust, or as a designated beneficiary of a retirement plan, nonretirement account, or insurance policy.

Step 2: Complete the matching form below.

Step 3: The Restore Hetch Hetchy Board will make a matching donation of 10% of your future gift’s estimated value, up to $100,000!
