Bylaws and Ethics
Restore Hetch Hetchy is a nonprofit organization registered under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In all our endeavors, we are committed to the letter and spirit of all regulations governing our nonprofit status.
Further, we are dedicated to fair and ethical treatment of our employees, equity and justice for current and future park visitors, and to the privacy of our supporters. Some of the policies that govern our operations are provided below.
